Order Processing Time:
Once your order is placed, our team immediately begins processing it. Printful typically takes 2-7 business days to fulfill an order, depending on the product type and availability. Please note that fulfillment times may vary during peak seasons or high-demand periods.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-8 business days after fulfillment.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after fulfillment (available for select locations).

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as shipping carrier delays or customs processing.

 

Shipping Availability:
We ship worldwide! Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered in the shipping costs.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Lost or Delayed Orders:
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, there are rare occasions when packages may be delayed or lost in transit. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us, and we’ll work with Printful and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping Address Changes:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. If you need to make any changes to your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, once the fulfillment process has begun, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
